Creating a successful mainstreet, precinct or town centre requires the skills, expertise and dedication of many individuals, organisations, businesses and groups, all working towards a common goal. Since 2012, through the Mainstreet SA Awards, Mainstreet SA has been recognising the great work being done to ensure that local streets, laneways, town centres and precincts continue to prosper as the social, cultural and economic hubs of their communities.
This year, for the first time, the Mainstreet SA Awards will be presented during the Mainstreet SA Conference, providing mainstreet makers in South Australia the opportunity to have their work recognised at the same time as they can also benefit from an inspiring, educational and interactive two-day conference program. This showcase event will bring together mainstreet makers from all around South Australia and provide unparalleled opportunity to learn, network and celebrate success.
Business associations, trader groups, Councils and event organisers across South Australia are invited to enter projects and initiatives in streets, laneways, town centres and precincts.
Entries are open now until Friday 6th September 2019, with the winners to be announced at the Conference and Awards Dinner at one of Adelaide’s most unique event destinations, the historic and funky Published ArtHouse on Thursday 10th October 2019.
Entry fees are as follows:
Member: $95 per nomination
Non-member: $125 per nomination
People's Choice Award nomination: $30 Members and $80 Non-members
Don't forget to make the most of the 2019 Mainstreet SA Awards opportunity by attending the Mainstreet SA Conference. The conference dinner is also the Mainstreet SA Awards dinner, and this is included as part of a full conference delegate registration. Over two amazing days you can learn, be inspired, network with colleagues and be recognised for your work, making this the mainstreet practitioner opportunity of the year!
